This page explains what information agoraintelligence.io collects when you visit, why, and the choices you have. The site is run by Agora Indexing Technologies LLC (“Agora”, “we”).

What we collect

• Visit information: the pages you view, how long you stay, the site you came from, and your browser and device type.
• How you use the page: for example, which sections you open and whether you use the cost calculator or the workflow picker. We record the actions, not what you type.
• Your IP address, which our analytics providers use to work out which organisation, if any, the visit came from.

We do not ask for your name or email on this site unless you choose to contact us, and we do not try to identify you personally from a visit.

Identifying organisations, not people

We use Snitcher to match the IP address of a visit to the company that owns the network, such as an advisory firm or a brokerage, and to record that company’s interest in our products. This tells us which organisations are looking at Agora so we can follow up with the right teams. We keep these company-level records in our customer relationship management system.

If you accept cookies, we also use AdvizorPro’s TrafficIQ, which matches a visit to firms in AdvizorPro’s database of investment advisers and wealth managers. TrafficIQ does not run if you decline.

Cookies and your choice

With your consent, Snitcher stores a cookie in your browser, and TrafficIQ stores an identifier and cookies, so we can recognise that the same organisation has returned on a later visit. If you decline, nothing is stored in your browser (anything stored after an earlier Accept is removed), TrafficIQ does not run, and a visit is counted only for its own session. You can change your choice at any time: open cookie settings.

Who we share it with

We share visit information with Snitcher and AdvizorPro, which process it on our behalf to identify organisations, and with the provider of our customer relationship management system. We do not sell information about your visits.

How long we keep it

We keep visit records for as long as they are useful for understanding interest in our products, and delete or anonymise them when they are not.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email privacy@agoraintelligence.io.
